Can I change my standard Terms & Conditions after a Deal Memo is agreed?

Not on the Vuulr platform. If you wish to alter the standard Terms - after the Deal Memo has been agreed and generated - then both parties should agree this through the Vuulr messaging facility, and/or off the Vuulr platform.
