How do we contract with Vuulr?

During the very first step of your account registration, you may review our latest Platform User Agreement.

We are a software platform, not a distributor (you work through Vuulr, direct with the party on the other side of the deal), so there is no signature required, and our terms do not vary across the many thousands of customers that we have.

For Sellers, our marketplace transaction commission is stated clearly in the Platform User Agreement. Once registered, you will also be able to see our conjoined Billing Policy (in the Support section of the main left menu).

For Buyers, while there is no fee (for everyday marketplace access and usage), you have several warrants to adhere to, which are also clearly defined in the Platform User Agreement (e.g. an obligation to share 'performance' reports for any revenue share licensing deals).

VuulrOS customers are contracted under a separate agreement which governs the use of our whitelabel capability.
