Q. What language is the site in?
A. Currently, only English. However, listing, titles and synopsis can be provided in other languages (buyers will typically speak in their mother tongue and English as a second language)
Q. Can we contact and communicate the ‘other side’ directly?
A. Yes. We have a message box that allows you to negotiate directly as part of the offer process. Other chat functions are in the plan.
Q. Will the messaging have a translator tool?
A. Not yet; it’s in the plan.
Q. For delivery, does your platform help define the formats required (by the buyer)?
A. Buyer can upload their materials specifications requirements as part of the negotiation process
