How do I manage notifications for Buyer Briefs?
You can go to Notifications under your Account Settings. Under Buyer Briefs, you can select if you would like to receive notifications via email or SMS. We encourage you to keep email notifications switched on.
Can the Seller view my company profile that has been shared with Vuulr?
All briefs are published anonymously. Sellers won’t not be able to view your company profile.
How do I indicate that I am only interested in pure Performance Pricing deals?
You may specify it in the brief, under Pricing Model, select Performance/ Revenue Share and indicate it includes a minimum guarantee. You can also highlight your criteria in the memo section to Sellers.
What detail can I give in the brief?
You may specify both your Content and Avails needs. That would include license region, period, rights format, genre and content type. Learn more about Buyer Briefs here.
How long is the brief kept open?
By default, it will be kept open for 30 days. But you can set the expiry date accordingly.
Will Sellers be able to contact me directly?
Sellers can only respond to your brief with a selection of titles. They will not be able to initiate a chat message unless you already have an existing chat ongoing with the Seller.
How do I ask the Seller a question?
You may use the chat box within each Response to send your enquiry to the Seller.
How do I convert the Seller’s Response into an offer?
You can mouse over the selected posters and click on the Bundled Deal button to start a Bundled Deal. Learn more about creating an Offer from a Response here.
The Bundled Deal button is greyed out. I am unable to click on the Bundled Deal button, what should I do?
This happens when you have an existing title from another Seller in your Bundled Deal cart. You will need to clear your cart before starting another Bundled Deal.
Alternatively, if you are making an Offer on a single title, you can use the Make Offer button to proceed.
The brief is no longer active, how do I turn off the responses?
You can close the brief to stop accepting responses. Learn how to do it here.

How will I know if new briefs are published?
Registered Sellers will receive a weekly email alert of all new Buyer Briefs published. If you don’t receive them, you can sign up for it here.
If I have a question for the Buyer, how do I contact them?
The Buyer information is kept confidential until they respond to you. If you have questions you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org or click the Support button in the menu
If I have a question about the Brief, who do I contact for clarification?

Will other Sellers be able to see the titles I have proposed for the Buyer?
All Responses and titles you select for the Buyer are kept confidential.
How can I mention preferred deal terms (e.g. Minimum Guarantee/ Flat Fee only or payment terms)?
You may include it in the memo to the buyer when submitting your Response.
Can I pay to have my selection promoted to the Buyer?
The visibility of your Response is dependent on your Response Strength, which is determined by how closely your selection matches the Buyer’s brief requirements. Learn more about Response Strength here.
How do I check the status of my response?
You will be able to view the status on the individual brief Responses, learn more here.
How will Buyers respond after I have sent them a content selection?
Buyers will review your content and make an offer, if interested, or send you an enquiry via chat. They may also choose to decline for various reasons. Learn more.
How will I be notified when Buyers respond?
Go to Notifications under your Account Settings. We encourage you to keep at least email notifications switched on for: Offer & Counter Offer, In-Offer Messaging, Enquires and Buyer Briefs.
I received a notification about my brief, where do I check for updates?
Login and go to Buyer Briefs, click on the name of the brief as indicated in the email or SMS you received. You will see the latest status at the top of your Response.
I received a notification about an offer, where do I check for updates?
Login and go to your Dashboard, you will be able to check all new Offers, RFPs and incoming messages.
If a Buyer declines, can I send them an alternative selection of titles?
The Buyer will provide a reason for declining your selection. We encourage you to only send Buyers an alternative selection if they have requested it.
Can I pay to get a guaranteed response from the Buyer?
The choice to respond lies with the Buyers. There are no guarantees.
