Bundled Deals
Why can’t I click on the “Start A Bundled Deal” button?
If the “Start A Bundled Deal” button is not clickable, it is probably because there are already titles from another Seller in your Bundle Deal Cart. You may either complete the current Bundled Deal by sending out an Offer/ Proposal or clear your cart to start over.
There is also a chance that the seller may only have a single listing at the moment. If that is the case, you can use the Make An Offer/Proposal button to create a deal for a single listing. To view listings from the Seller, you can click on the Seller’s name located just below the IMDB rating.
Can I add listings from a different seller to a Bundled Deal?
No, you can only create a Bundled Deal with listings from the same seller. To create a Bundled Deal with a different seller, you need to make an Offer or Proposal for the current Bundled Deal before doing so.
Learn how to make an Offer or create an RFP here.
What if I have different terms for one of the listings in my Bundled Deal?
The licence terms apply to all listings in the Bundled Deal. You can group the listings with the same terms in one deal, and create a separate Bundled Deal for a different set of listings.
Can I convert an offer or proposal for a single title to a Bundled Deal?
No, you will need to start a new Bundled Deal.
How do I check avails of listings in a Bundled Deals?
You can check avails when you are making an Offer or Proposal. Once you have defined your licence region and period, the Rights Format grid will display the availability of your bundled listings for each rights type.
In the event one of your bundled listings is unavailable, you will be able to click to view the unavailable title(s). To proceed with your Offer/ Proposal, please remove the unavailable listing from your bundled selection. You may indicate under the custom terms or send the Seller a message to inform them of the title that you are interested in, so the Seller can address your enquiry.
Can I have more than one active Bundled Deal with a seller?
Yes, you can. You can have multiple active Bundled Deal negotiations with the same seller, and/or different sellers.
