How do I check the Avails of Listings in Bundled Deals?

First of all, you can "Search by Avails" from the main Listings page. This should filter out unavailable Listings, but it's best to check at the next stage.

You can check Avails when you are making an Offer or RFP. Once you have defined your license region and period, the Rights Format grid will display the availability of each Listing in the Bundle.

In the event one of your Bundled listing is unavailable - or becomes Unavailable during the negotiation period - you will be able to click to view the Unavailable title(s). To proceed with your Offer/Proposal, please remove the Unavailable listings from your bundled selection.
