How do I contact a Seller?

Once you're logged in, you can contact Sellers directly through the platform using the available messaging or inquiry features on a listing, or after you have launched an Offer.

On almost every page after engaging a Seller, you will see a chat window in the bottom right of the page. You can send messages to the other party there. 

If either party is not on the platform at the time a new chat message is created, an email notification will be sent.

To view all your chats, go to your “Messaging Center” found in the left navigation panel.
