How to Resurrect a Declined Offer

This feature is available to both Buyers and Sellers.

Offers can be Declined for many reasons: usually because the Offer did not meet the expectations of the Seller (or Buyer in the case of a Counter Offer).

The Vuulr platform now allows either the Buyer or Seller to "Resurrect" the Declined Offer in to create a new Counter-offer.

When clicking Resurrect, the system will create a new Counter-offer. The Buyer (or Seller) resurrecting the rejected Offer will then be able to state his/her specific Offer details just as they would in a normal Counter-offer scenario.

It is good practice to include a reason for resurrecting the Offer in the message box, to keep the other party fully informed of the change of heart.
