Is Billing & Payment, Transcoding & Content delivery done through Vuulr?

No.

Currently we facilitate up until the closure of the Deal Memo, i.e. the fundamental agreement of the licensing terms in an Offer. 

Once the Deal Memo is completed and generated on Vuulr - i.e. both parties are in agreement - billing, payment and content delivery should be managed between Buyer and Seller off-platform according to the terms agreed.

At the same time, you are also free to enter into any long-form agreement that is required. This would compliment our Deal Memo + agreed boilerplate Terms (Buyer's or Seller's) which are also attached during the Offer process.

NB the downloadable/printable Deal Memo (+ associated Terms) may suffice for both parties.
