Rights Formats

We allow Buyers to select a range of required Rights Type(s) (also known as License Types) during an Offer/RFP journey.

The following can be selected - using an Exclusive or Non-exclusive either/or option - and a Buyer can also add a Holdback against other Rights Types (for Non-exclusive Offers only).

  • Free to Air - Only the Flat Rate pricing model will be available to be selected.
  • Pay TV - Only the Flat Rate pricing model will be available.
  • FAST- Flat Rate, By Viewer Count, By Stream Length, and By Share of Advertising Revenue pricing models will be available.
  • S-VOD - Flat Rate, By Viewer Count, By Stream Length, and By Share of Subscriber Revenue pricing models will be available.
  • A-VOD - Flat Rate, By Viewer Count, By Stream Length, and By Share of Advertising Revenue pricing models will be available.
  • T-VOD - Flat Rate, By Share of Transaction Revenue pricing models will be available.
  • EST - Flat Rate, By Share of Transaction Revenue pricing models will be available.
  • Transport - Only the Pricing Model Flat Rate pricing model will be available.
  • Other - Only the Flat Rate pricing model will be available.
