Can Vuulr advise me on what price to offer?

Not yet. But the more Offers you make, the more we will learn and in time we will add a Price Recommendation tool.

For now, you can make a different style of Offer: a Request for Proposal (RFP). This allows you to start the offer process, entering all your rights needs, but you do not need to enter a starting Offer price. Instead, by launching an RFP, you leave this part blank and the Seller will respond with a starting price. You will then Counter-offer, Accept or Decline accordingly.
