How should I respond to an Offer or Request for Proposal (RFP)?

When you see a new alert in your Notifications (the small bell in the top right menu bar) - or when browsing in your Dashboard/Negotiations menu items - this is because you have a new Offer or Request for Proposal (RFP) from a Buyer. These open deals (Offer Sent/Received) are pending and need the most attention.

When you open the Offer/RFP, you can easily Counter-offer and amend any of the offer variables (territory, timeframe, rights type & exclusivity, & more). Or you can equally Accept outright, or Decline (giving a reason, which is important as it keeps the Buyers informed, and coming back).

For RFPs you will also have to propose a starting price for the license fee. This will return to the Buyer for evaluation.

Vuulr cannot advise on how exactly to respond, however.
