The Avails Intelligence option is a switch that operates in conjunction with the Avails that you enter in the rights management section of a Listing.
How does it work?
It defaults to OFF before you add Avails; and turns ON when you add (any) Avails such that the Avails are enforced in the marketplace, in Buyer searches.
It can act as an override switch too, i.e. if you set some Avails for a Listing (restricting where/when/how it can be bought) BUT you switch the Avails Intelligence OFF, then our marketplace ignores your Avails and you will receive every Offer for the Listing in question ... at which point you can check the avails in Vuulr, and proceed with the deal, or not.
**IMPORTANT BENEFITS
By switching the Avails Intelligence ON, it helps your Listing to be more discoverable by Buyers:
a) because Listings are matched more accurately to Buyers' searches (they can search by the Avails that they need, versus say a thematic search)
b) and because such Listings (with Avails Intelligence ON) are prioritised in search results (to Buyers (because Buyers want efficiency... and also as a thank you for making the effort to update your Avails!). We even put a small globe icon on top of your Listing's artwork to indicate this additional information (see below).
Remember your Avails update live... so every deal closed on the platform will update the Avails you first enter.
In other words, enter them once, do all your deals with Vuulr, and never use a spreadsheet to maintain your Avails again!
