We're putting our content I.P. on VuulrOS: are we handing Vuulr our rights?

No.

The ownership of all the intellectual property elements in your website is fairly and logically divided:

a) the content remains yours (all the trailers, screeners, poster art, metadata etc) and the rights to exploit the commercial value of it

b) the technology stack, and the data resulting from the transactions in your website, is ours. However, we will naturally share this back with you in the form of analytics.

This is all specified in more detail in the VuulrOS Platform Subscription Agreement, which can be reviewed before signature in the sign-up process. You can start that at any time on vuulros.com.
