What information should I include when uploading a title?

Minimally, you need (see the foot of this article for what you don't need!):

  • a Video asset - ideally a Screener (which unlocks promotional Screening Rooms) or at least a Trailer. You cannot begin a Listing without one because no Buyer will buy without a preview of the content
    • *max filesize 2GB so 'preview' resolution is fine
  • Key artwork - the poster of "cover art" for the content you are listing
  • Listing details - e.g. the synopsis, run-time, year of release (see the exhaustive list below)
  • & Production details - e.g. the producer, director, cast etc
  • Other media - any additional images, one-sheets that help to sell your title(s)

You will see when you "Add a New Listing", which details are mandatory (marked with an *) or optional. Mandatory fields are essential items in order to inform the Buyer, or to better instruct our AI matching engine. Certain optional fields which - if completed - will empower our AI search features to return even more accurate search results for Buyers (and give them a better experience). 

Rights:

  • Enter the "Availability" for the Listing
  • Enter the "Unavailability" (Sold Rights) for the Listing

Minimum required Metadata

We follow the MDDF data standards as endorsed by many Hollywood majors, and Google, Amazon etc.

Below is what is needed for each title (for episodic series etc, one listing represents the series… so you don’t need to send metadata for each episode)
• Title Name
• Season / Episode / Runtime
• Country Of Origin
• Production Companies
• Summary/synopsis
• Genres
• Primary Spoken Language
• Release Year
• Format
• Cast & Crew - director name is required if it is a film
• Poster - portrait, 2000x3000, jpg or png files only
• Trailer - Vimeo or YouTube links, or you can send us the video files to upload for you (preview quality only, ideally no watermarks, ideally Eng subtitles for non-Eng language trailers)

PLUS a Screener too (NO Youtube links, for obvious reasons!) with the upside of unlocking promotional Screening Rooms for you

What you don't need!

We don't need high resolution video content, nor the master file. For now, we don't handle Delivery so that can be sent direct to the Buyer off-platform, once terms are agreed.
